Reservations start Monday November 7th, 2011 for 2011-2012 Season PDF Print E-mail

Reservations will be taken for the 2011-2012 season starting Monday November 7, 2011. We are getting ready for another fun and exciting snow season. And, as usual, we expect lesson slots to fill up quickly.....

The dates for the 2011-2012 ski/snowboard lessons are: 

Alpine Valley Dates for Thursday evenings 6:30-9:00pm
  • January 5, 12, 19, 26
  • February 2, 9, 16, 23
  • March 1, 8
  • Annual banquet: March 15th

Alpine Valley Dates for Saturday mornings from 9:00-noon
(Anyone wishing to request a Saturday lesson will be scheduled for one Saturday. Please follow the call-in instructions and leave a message for 1 of these Saturdays you are available. We will work hard with our volunteers to schedule you for one lesson based on availability. SEWASP general policies and  deadlines apply.)

Sunburst Dates for Tuesday evenings 6:30-9:00pm

  • January 10, (not 17th) 24 and 31st
  • February 7, 14, 21, 28
  • March 6
Important points to know.
  1. Remember that you may request up to 3 lessons (includes any lessons that are registered through a group), provided there are openings in the schedule.
  2. On or after Monday, November 7, 2011 call Kathy Mohar at 414-226-8375.  Please leave a message including which dates you are requesting in order of preference.  Reservations will be made on a “first call first served” basis.
  3. If you are on our mailing list, please watch for additional information and a policy document in the mail.  If not, contact us to be added to the mailing list.
  4. Completed paperwork and full payment are due December 16th, 2011.

SEWASP is a member of Community Health Charities of Wisconsin (CHCWI).  Watch for SEWASP in your Wisconsin workplace giving campaign (usually the fall of each year).  Help us get the word out to family, friends, and coworkers working in Wisconsin that they too can likely donate through their workplace (a.k.a "combined compaign").  These campaigns make giving easy with the option of payroll deduction.  Please take a moment to think about who you could call or email to let them know that SEWASP is a great organization to support.
 

Please remember that reservations are always required for SEWASP lessons.
